    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using AdnanRentals' equipment rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our services across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other Emirates.

    2. Rental Services

    AdnanRentals provides heavy and light equipment rental services including but not limited to:

    • Cranes and lifting equipment
    • Excavators and earthmoving machinery
    • Boom lifts and aerial platforms
    • Generators and power equipment
    • Other construction and industrial equipment

    All equipment is rented on a short-term or long-term basis as agreed upon in the rental contract.

    3. Rental Agreement

    Each rental requires a signed rental agreement that specifies:

    • Equipment description and specifications
    • Rental period (start and end dates)
    • Rental rates and payment terms
    • Delivery and pickup arrangements
    • Insurance and liability coverage
    • Equipment condition and inspection reports

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms include:

    • A security deposit may be required before equipment delivery
    • Rental fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule
    • Late payments may incur additional charges
    • Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or credit card
    • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated

    5. Customer Responsibilities

    As a customer, you are responsible for:

    • Operating equipment safely and according to manufacturer guidelines
    • Ensuring operators are properly trained and certified
    • Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
    • Reporting any damage or malfunction immediately
    • Returning equipment in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
    • Providing safe and accessible site conditions
    • Complying with all UAE safety regulations and labor laws

    6. Equipment Condition and Returns

    All equipment is inspected before delivery and upon return. You must return equipment in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the customer. Late returns may incur additional rental charges.

    7. Liability and Insurance

    Customers are liable for:

    • Any damage to rented equipment while in their possession
    • Loss or theft of equipment
    • Third-party injuries or property damage caused by equipment use
    • Maintaining adequate insurance coverage as required

    AdnanRentals carries insurance on all equipment but customers may be required to provide additional coverage depending on the rental agreement.

    8. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply based on how close to the rental start date the cancellation is made. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances. Please refer to your rental agreement for specific cancellation terms.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    AdnanRentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from equipment rental or use. Our total liability is limited to the rental fees paid for the specific equipment in question. This does not affect your statutory rights under UAE law.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
